Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. During drops and high-volume periods, processing can take up to 5 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Rates & delivery (US)

• Standard: $8.95 flat. Arrives in 5 to 8 business days. Free on every order over $100.
• Express: $16.95 flat. Arrives in about 3 business days.

International

We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout, and any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we're not responsible for lost or stolen orders, but contact us and we'll do what we can to help. For packages delayed or lost in transit, reach out and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us quickly and we'll try to help before it ships.
