Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We want you in the right fit. You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return or exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. We can't accept items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, and we can't accept gift cards.
Free size exchanges
Wrong size? Swap it for a different size of the same item and we'll cover the return shipping label. If the size you want is sold out, we'll issue you store credit instead so you're covered.
Changed your mind
If you'd like to return an eligible item for any other reason, we'll issue you store credit once we receive it back in its original condition. Store credit applies at checkout when you're signed into your account.
Defective or wrong items
We quality control every order carefully. If something arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
How to start
Start your return or exchange from your account, or email us at support@nestreetwear.co . Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds for defective or incorrect items are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the item. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to post.
Sale items
Sale and drop items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.
EU customers
If you're in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, for a full refund to your original payment method. The condition requirements above still apply.
