Pre-Order Policy
Pre-orders reserve a piece from an upcoming drop before it lands in regular stock. When you pre-order, the item is yours. We just need a bit more time to get it to you.
Payment
Your card is charged in full at checkout, the same as any other order. We use the funds to produce and ship your order.
Ship dates
Each pre-order product lists an estimated ship window on its product page. Most pre-orders ship within 4 to 6 weeks of the closing date. We will email you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
If a release is delayed for any reason, we will email every pre-order customer before the original ship window closes. You can keep your order, swap it to in-stock product of equal value, or request a full refund at that point.
Mixed carts
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the whole order ships together when the pre-order item is ready. If you want your in-stock items sooner, place them in a separate order.
Cancellations
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Email support@nestreetwear.co with your order number and we will refund the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
Returns
Once a pre-order ships, it follows the standard NESW return policy. See our Refund Policy page for full terms.
Sizing
We recommend reviewing the size chart on the product page before placing a pre-order. We do not hold inventory for size exchanges on pre-order items. If you receive your pre-order and need a different size, you can return it under the standard return policy, but we cannot guarantee restock in your size.
