At NESW, we have made returns simple, flexible, and stress free.
Eligible items can be returned for an exchange or store credit that never expires.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your exchange or store credit is issued within 2 business days.
Store credit is applied directly to your NESW account. It never expires and can be used on any future order.

Return Window

Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Returns requested outside this period or that do not meet policy criteria will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or scent.
Tags must be attached.
Items returned in non-sellable condition will not qualify for credit or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for Final Sale items.

We offer two easy options through our returns process:

Exchange:
Swap your item for a different size, based on availability.
Your replacement ships once your return has been received and processed.
Store Credit:
Receive NESW store credit equal to your return value.
Credit lands on your account automatically once your return is processed and never expires.

Additional Details

Exchanges are processed at the discounted amount paid for each item.
If your requested size is out of stock, you will automatically receive store credit.
There are no return shipping fees for domestic returns. We email you a free prepaid label.
Original shipping charges are not credited.

We want to offer the best possible prices without compromising on quality or experience. Because our pieces are worn close to the skin, returned items cannot always be resold as new with the freshness and quality our brand stands behind.

To keep quality high without raising prices to cover the cost of processing returns, eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit. This lets us make sure every customer receives a truly new piece, reduce waste, and keep NESW accessible.

Store credit never expires and can be used toward anything you love.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please head over to our Contact page and use the damaged item process within 5 days of delivery. To help us review this quickly, please include clear photos of:

The shipping label

Please note: reports made after 5 days or without required photos may not be approved. All resolutions provided for order related issues are at the sole discretion of NESW.

Returns are accepted only through our returns process. This ensures tracking and timely processing.
Items sent outside of this process may be delayed or ineligible for exchange.
Original shipping costs are non refundable.
Duties and taxes on international orders are not eligible for credit.
